American former literary agent Jandy Nelson is already a published author, having released debut novel The Sky is Everywhere in 2011 to critical acclaim, but it's her second novel I'll Give You the Sun that is really making people talk.

Months before the book hit the stands, its rights were acquired by Warner Bros. and Denise Di Novi (whose credits include Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, Crazy Stupid Love and The Lucky One) is now on board to produce alongside Alison Greenspan. The book follows the story of two teenagers who find their way back to each other after falling apart as teenagers.
